The changing dynamics of Soaps, Detergents and Cosmetics industries in Asia offer new opportunities and challenges. To deliberate on these issues, the Oil Technologists' Association of India is organising the Second Regional Soaps, Detergents and Cosmetics (RSDC) conference at the Kala Academy, Goa, India from October 12-15, 2008.

The conference will provide an excellent opportunity for national and international players in the industry to network and share views and resources.
